Then walk back to the starting goal…I think it’s about 40 yards…maybe I’ll measure some day…my goal is to sprint from one to the other and then jog back 10 times…

Diet was good today.

Didn’t get any pics, but had a standing rib roast for dinner. I must’ve ate a pound of beef. Had a small sweet potato, iceberg lettuce, blue cheese dressing (teaspoon) bacos (tablespoon) and about 8 ounces of beaujoulais nouveau.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I am going to destroy a buffet for lunch and then suffer through my sister’s dry turkey for dinner.

Abs: 36.5 (up 1/4 inch)
chest: 43.5 (down 1/2 inch)
bicep: 16.25 (up 1/4 inch)

fat% : 19 (up 1.3%)
Fat lbs: 37.3 (up 3.2)
lbm : 159.2 (up .3)

So, I’m basically back to where I was 2 weeks ago. This isn’t surprising after my Thursday - Saturday. I’ll post pics of my binging.

Main offenders:

Thanksgiving: 3 bottles of chamapagne, 2 bottles red wine and a nice glass of whiskey topped off with midnight run to Indian restaurant where much nan and rice was consumed.

Mad Russian Friend’s B-day party: About 10 beers, 2 cigarettes, lots of Russian food, frozen pizza when She Say and I got home around midnight.

So, yeah, I backslid and I’m making rational lies about how I’m cool with it, but…today’s another day.
