Bench and curls baby…bench and curls all…day…long !

DOMS in my lower back is feeling pretty good…I think if I looked back I’d see I haven’t deadlifted over 2 and a quarter in a month or so…I’m going to focus on deadlifting for the next 12 weeks I just decided.

Guess I took the month of May off…had some stuff going on at work and a pretty good pain in my left foot from playing soccer on a very rocky field. Ended up overindulging (it’s only 'over’indulging when you feel guilty afterwards !) on booze and pizza. It twas a good month, but I’m back on the straight and narrow.

She Say and I started the Adkins diet last week. We’re gonna do the induction phase for 40 days and then probably overindulge again.

Red meat is good !

I’ll be posting my workouts over in Older Brotherhood of Iron. Got to the gym today for first time and things felt good, but I was just screwing around.

I’m looking for fat loss (duh) and add some muscle (double duh).

Hope everyone is doing a-okay.

I been overwhelmed with soccer stuff. Season is winding down.

Red meat = yum.

My quads are killing me from a weak ass workout I did on Wednesday.

do you have the big soccer ball sticker on the say minivan?
