A few more food pics from Hawaii. This is from a chain called The Yard House Restaurant. They have 180 beers on tap…I liked it.

Sen the Third’s pasta from a place called the Oceanarium.

They call it the Ocearnarium because twice a day a scuba gal goes into the giant aquarium they have in the restaurant and feeds the fish…this allows them to serve food that isn’t that great at great food prices.

Yeah…I coulda scored tons more, but 1) it’s not exactly right and 2) I didn’t think of it until about the 2nd to last day (dammit ! )

Had some good workouts when I got back and then got a cold/bug around mid-Feb. Been back in the gym for a couple of weeks now.

Weight is up to 196 (down from 201 when I got back from Hawaii…bloated liver most likely) with bf% at 17.7.

Today’s work:

2 sets of 15 reps with 2 minutes rest in between sets:

Pullups : bodyweight

Deadlifts from a 2 inch platform: 135lbs

Militaries: 115 (failed on 11th rep of 2nd set)

Squats: 115 (was lazy and didn’t want to change up to the 45s after my militaries)

Rowers: 115

Standing Calf Raises 135lbs 4 sets of 15 with 60 seconds rest

Upright rows: 65

Hammer curls: 25

Today’s Work:

5*5 with 60 seconds in between sets:

Pullups: body weight

D-bell Overhead Press: 60lbs

Squats: 155lbs

Upright Rows: 95lbs

Deadlifts on Platform: 135

Bent Rows: 135

D-bell Bulgarian Squats: 30lbs (just did 2 sets. Pulled my right quad somehow and felt really bad on these)

Incline D-bell press: 50lbs 1 set of 15, 1 set of 10

Straight Bar curls: 95lbs X 5 reps
95 lbs X 3 reps (right bicep was killing me)

So, there it is…my Big Baby workout !
