I missed my workout on Wednesday due to being lazy and not getting into work early. Had our holiday party at lunch which is when I normally lift. Planned on getting in at 6:30 to lift, but a warm She Say is so much nicer to curl up beside than sloughing off in the cold.
Had a crabcake for the holiday party. Didn’t take any pics. I think the salad dressing had some sugar in it, and I had two bites of mashed potatoes. Besides that I was clean, clean, clean.

Got measured today. I fucking suck.
Apparently I lost a pound and a half of muscle. I’m still at 17.7% bf and weigh 193. That’s down about a pound and a half from last week.
Here’s the detail. Since 12/8 (9 days ago)
Weight went down 1.45 lbs
Abs went down .7 inches
Chest went down 1 inch
Back caliper measurement went up 1
Fat loss = .26 lbs
Lean Body Mass loss = 1.19 lbs
Since I started this thread I’ve:
lost 4 lbs
lost 2 inches off the abs
lost 1.5 inches off the chest
lost .5 inch off the arms
dropped my bf% from 19 to 17.7
lost 3.3 lbs of fat
lost .7 lbs of muscle
1 month until I fly off to Oahu.
You are putting a little too much emphasis on the numbers bro. You don’t fucking suck. If you look better, then you are doing it correctly. Numbers (weight, bf, etc.) are just mind-fucks. Use the mirror as your guide, it helps alot.

Hey, for the rest of the month, on every second workout, increase the weight and sets, and decrease the reps. Go for extra volume via heavier weight, and keep your diet the same. See what happens. for instance, on squat, do 10 sets of 3 at around 200 (higher if you can do sets of 3 at a higher weight. do 6 sets of 4 on shoulder press, etc. I’ll bet you’ll like it…

For the record since I started this thread 2 months ago I’ve:
Lost 3lbs
Lost 2 inches off the waist
Lost .8 inches off the chest
Lost .5 inches off the bicep
All the fat loss has come from my gut as it’s the only skinfold measurement that has changed. It went from 10 to 9. I know the fat could have come from other parts of my body that weren’t being measured, but I’m going off the data I have.
So, basically I didn’t light the world on fire these past 2 months.
I do feel good about the 2 inches lost around my waist.
