Can you clarify? Abs look really wonderful. I chuckled that you posted a vid of you flexing your abs the same day I posted a vid of me deadlifting in a too-large singlet. Ahh, well. I’m not really the posing type. But if I had your body, I might be!

Umm actually i wasnt “flexing” my abs till the end when i turned sideways, I was however breathing really hard.

Hi UpScale, I’m new to T-Nation (this is my first-ever comment). I just wanted to say you look great, and I’m planning to show your pics and vids (along with kpsnap’s) to my wife. I’ve only recently managed to coax her into the weight room, and she’s just started deadlifting. However, she’s very reluctant to pick up the ‘big weights,’ for all the usual (and wrong) reasons (doesn’t want to get too big, look unfeminine, etc). Hopefully, seeing both you and kpsnap will dispel her of these notions, and she’ll start DLing in earnest. Keep up the good work!

Just to add that i did exactly the same thing with my partner and she is now really getting into it–is leaner already and a lot stronger.
Mrs upscale and snaps have been solid inspiration and role models.

Thanks so much, yea i dont think my body type will let me get “big”, but Ill tell you I LOVE the bigger girl look myself.
