You pound the weights, you prepare scrumptious food, AND you watch football. Damn, you’re like the perfect woman! :-))
Lift, Push, Pull, PUMP
PG I was a cooking maniac, so much food in house. The peppers, onions sausage, meatballs, etc etc house smelled so good.Yea on FB that red zone keeps my attention, although maybe its the yelling going on while watching(not me). There are some serious college/pro lovers here. Its actually really kinda cool to see.

Lol …db bench? But eh who would know :).
I would have bet money on a pr max today!!! Awesome job.
oh yea DB bench, maybe becuae i wussed out after 1 round of 12-0 torture.hmmm!
You know I so had that PR, thats the only suck about home training, if I knew my new neighbor good enough I would have dragged her over haha. Its ok it just felt so good to have the bar
moving in the right direction. I figured when I sent you the reps to end vid, you knew where i was heading, like it or not.
If I may suggest try 2-hand kbell swings (heavy) and atg goblet squats to add to your arsenal in building a better umm posterior chain.
Now about that picture it is a little blurry and to critique I need a clearer version to appreciate all your hard work… j/k (kinda)
Seriously you look good and you center your workouts around the important exercises with intensity as well as refreshing(to me as a trainer) to say the least.

Hey there, hi…ummm yea they actually started a KB class at my gym so they have some to work with, Germanone has been trying to get me to do the swings. Now theres 2 of you, OK OK I guess I could work them in my gym-leg day. If I had to pick a “spot” “area” on glutes its top but to the side needs plumping, lol I will get there, slowly but surely.
Funny you just posted i had just read about your training in your garage…so many logs to read/catch up with.

Glad you’re over whatever what was bothering you. Peppers, onions, sausage, meatballs, oh, sounds so yummy . . .
X2!! And I also only watch football for the revelry, lol! I don’t have a clue what’s going on, but I’m good at yelling stuff at appropriate times…
But I will say this, the good thing about benching at home is that you can dump the bar without having to be embarrassed! When I was benching, I would never ask for a spot and then when/if i got pinned I would have to sheepishly dump the plates off the bar and they would make the most lame-ass clinckity-clink sound as they hit the ground, and everyone would turn around, and then people would run to my aid…ugh! So embarrassing!

Im sure the guys are waiting to have to help you. I almost miss the guys putting on and off the plates, ok ok yea Im helpless, have at it. The place i train at now is ridiculous how nobody puts the weights away, and they are all over the place.
Yea it wasnt as much the dumping (Ive done that only once) it wasnt a max week, Im just a little feisty sometimes and dont listen to advice and go for it. Im trying to be patient.
I can taste that 100# bench, but still have a few appetizers to finish.

Wha?! No one’s ever helped put my plates away HAHA!
I like feisty! But listen to advice, missy…lol! says the kettle to the pot
OK So I “tightened up” the eating on Oct 27 (nice to find my post to remember). This week kicked it up more
I just want to be sure that :
1.I still have the control/discipline
2.When it is time to dial it in, Im not a skinny mess when I strip some fat.
3.I love to do this right before the Holiday so I dont go overboard when all the goodies drinking starts kicking up.
I feel so conflicted though, cause I really like my “size” just am not happy with the way my legs love to hold onto the cellulite, if my legs would grow more it may tighten that up more and not drive me crazy, but thats a slow process.
Ill see how I do/look/and most importantly FEEL and go from there. Im still thinking about the Indigo 3G
that may also be the ticket, but I better get working again, cause that to me is definitely a “luxury item”.
Dont worry though I am not going at this to “lose weight” just take out the crap, and fuel when I need it.
Ugh! I’m in the same boat with tightening up the diet, but this is my constant battle, holidays or not.
I do find it hard to believe your diet isn’t already super disciplined though! I mean, you’re already lean and tight as a drum!
As for cellulite…I’ve never seen a dimple on you from your pics. But I understand, I have a bunch of it myself (now who wants a piece!). I’ve never really known of anything to get rid of it, so I just pretend that its not there. Hee hee.
I have no clue about I3G - in fact, i’ve tried to understand what it is, I’ve even looked at some of the boot camp logs, and I still don’t have a clue!! All it is to me are bars and drinks and pills…I’d much prefer to eat food, gains be damned. That’s just me though. I’ve never been one for supps, I don’t even use protein powder half the time. I’m really bad with that
Anywho, if you find out more about IG3, let me know!

Thinking about indigo too…
Just had a very positive ‘go for it’ from Cs.

I3G is pretty dang expensive and I too don’t exactly understand it. Have you guys tried Rhodiola? I honsetly believe in it, if nothing else it’s an excellent mood inhancer. Stuff works great to keep you mentally even, at least me anyway. Some have had really good results with it reducing fat, me not as much.

Thats true but you could also say “People have lived to be ninety years old without ever visiting a doctor or taking medicine” and that would be true but I think we can all argee that its silly to ignore stuff that actually works.

This is also true. And I hear Gin is a great cure all…
I have no idea what we’re talking about anymore, but I now really want a Tangueray and Tonic.

I am very sad to note that your first choice was not tequila.
