VERY happy with today even though I didnt hit all reps or numbers…One thing Im really effected by is water consumption, and I definitely DID NOT drink enough, and I felt it.
This training thing is such a mental game and a combination of things to make it be the best, just one missing link and the other tings better be working harder—>mental game, fuel. Luckily those two were dialed in…

Heres dinner, some meatballs and grapefruit, with primrose oil.Was going to have a salad, but just didnt feel like making it.

Those presses look nice. And the dips - wow! They’re almost as tough for you as me! But I have an excuse - carrying a bit around the middle.

Ahh you guys have been so supportive. Its funny I venture sometimes in the Beast logs(Maraudermeat)well I guess everyones but mine hehe but I always get a take away, then I back out swiftly. Then sometimes its about the one that just cant get out of his/her own way and does the same thing over and over- guess what? I learn from them too…I guess my point is I appreciate all the logs and all the feedback, you E friends are da best!

For some reason I did. You could have made it much simpler ya know and told me I couldnt do them :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
I am sore today, the steep inclines were a killer, my arms havent been shaking as much as they have this last week or so…push it- up. I love benching.

yea it felt good the first time i had elbows “too” low, 2nd *I think I had them closer to what he does, and I had more power even with more weight.
