VERY happy with today even though I didnt hit all reps or numbers…One thing Im really effected by is water consumption, and I definitely DID NOT drink enough, and I felt it.
This training thing is such a mental game and a combination of things to make it be the best, just one missing link and the other tings better be working harder—>mental game, fuel. Luckily those two were dialed in…
Ddot Ill have to get back over your log and see how the manly man is coming along ----->you realize Im joking of coarse, I know the hard work youve put in
Those presses look nice. And the dips - wow! They’re almost as tough for you as me! But I have an excuse - carrying a bit around the middle.
Cav dude we need NO excuse, we dont, they are brutal no matter what our weight! That first one was way ugly, but I stuck with it, I still feel the pain, i wasnt giving up being that close!
Up- I am always so impressed with your progress here.
PP looks good- dips too.
nice work.
eat and like it
or suck
need to get on that.
Ahh you guys have been so supportive. Its funny I venture sometimes in the Beast logs(Maraudermeat)well I guess everyones but mine hehe but I always get a take away, then I back out swiftly. Then sometimes its about the one that just cant get out of his/her own way and does the same thing over and over- guess what? I learn from them too…I guess my point is I appreciate all the logs and all the feedback, you E friends are da best!
Did I mention that cute as shit kid you have? It is so!
Great work UP! I know you wanted those dips awe fully bad! You’ll be busting out 8-10 before you know it! Congrats
For some reason I did. You could have made it much simpler ya know and told me I couldnt do them
I am sore today, the steep inclines were a killer, my arms havent been shaking as much as they have this last week or so…push it- up. I love benching.

Excellent push press discussion (I’m late to the game, sorry for dragging it back up). I think that your elbows are coming up a bit too much. This is obviously an extreme example but in this vid his elbows are nowhere the angle that yours are:
This article by Bill Starr also mentions bringing in your elbows close to your lats. Mind you this is for the olympic press but I think it’s relevant to the push press too.
I think you’ll generate a lot more power and will be able to move a lot more weight if you bring your elbows down a bit.

Oh this is great! thanks!! I just realized I’ve been doing my push presses all wrong! LOL!!
Great work on the dips and things, Up! You’ll definitely be repping those out in weeks.

yea it felt good the first time i had elbows “too” low, 2nd *I think I had them closer to what he does, and I had more power even with more weight.
I thought the accented “fuck you” in the end was money hehe
NLmain I have a belt, but wouldnt mind a custom one, I really press low on abs and i cant jam a belt down low enough past the hip bones. Ive seen what you do with your photography talent, it is tempting.
Mim Well arent you all quick wit today! I like a fast tongue. ----> hope the thought gives you
