Lol…no comment!
It is really fun when you hit those feelin it days…
You are carrying the weight really well, that is awesome…abs looking sharp and getting some guns, shoulders/tris poppin, back jacked and legs coming…life is good huh?
Edit: Sorry Up i did mean training life and was not being insensitive stressful situation. You know your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

By God! I think you’re on the juice!

And you look so hot in those vids. I had to take a cold shower.

And I don’t even favor women.

Nice work Up.

and uhm those are great abs.

the aging parents thing is difficult ,
my mom is a Spry 73 but she is in too big house
and is kind of accident prone

Looking great there mrs upscale.

Mmm elderly parents…mine in their late 70s/early 80s are in the process of getting organised to move (emigrate) to new zealand–looks like a slow clan drift southwards as my sister is already there and 1 aunt had lived there for years.
Sorry–rambling a bit ,just nice to see to see them about to have a big adventure.

Nice lifting (and abz).

I am …its called whisper voice food
Lifting like many things is a head game as much as a strength game. I may kill myself waiting for my leg muscles to really pop. Im not a very patient person, but have had to learn to do so.
—hope that came out right, Farmer haha

ok, that may have made me blush. Funny how a compliment from a woman means so much. Im very complimentary to women, if Im out and about and someones eyes stand out or her bum looks REALLY good in a pair of jeams I tell them.

Nurse I wish your family a safe trip!

Ddot Im thinking the abs/core getting stronger is helping me, so i guess they are a double banger!

KMC my God could your kid be any cuter! I havent seen your wife, but from your vids looks like a mini me? They just grow up way too fast.I have enjoyed every age but favored the toddler. My oldest turned 17 today, hard to believe. So far Ive been lucky with the teen ager thing. I got some advice once to not “label” them, esp when approaching the teens. Its like handing them an excuse to act like…well teenagers lol

I’m sure it is helping. I know I’ve been going a little “UpScale” with my ab training lately and I definitely noticed a difference squatting last week.

Your legs ARE really starting to pop. Very obvious in the first video. Big changes.

And I will pay you to come to the shed and help me train abs. I need help. B-O-R-I-N-G

As for how you look…nothing needs to be said. It’s obvious.

Now I can see the vids. Your GM form is damn near perfect.

Are you sure you’re old enough to be in this forum? You don’t look look anywhere close to your age. Clean living really does work.

Your abs are sweet!
Nice work on the vids as well!
Keep ripping it up, and are you sure you’re old enough to be in here?

Hard work=Great results. Damn fine work. You look amazing.

wow I am fried from yesterday. It is still so amazingly beautiful here today its 80. I took advantage of the weather and went for a long walk with the dogs, then just some teasing of the abs, didnt have to do the killer crawl away.

jump rope or whip rope however you want to look at an inexperienced jumper  just long enough to have a few burn sessions of lungs/calves 1 hoppers do that to me.

knee rollouts 10,9,8 lol faded away couldnt or didnt want to push through, cause of coarse i could IF I really wanted it.

v-ups 10# med ball holding out in front then up. thats it.

dot yea you had better get going on the abs, not a ripple on that washboard :open_mouth:

Git you made me go back and look at my vid , I need to give my legs some credit, yes they are changing, thanks. As far as abs go, sounds like your making more of a chore type thing. Dont plan what your going to do just put on some really good tunes and dial it in, just a 10 min session can be better than someones lame attempt at 30. The whole fun is getting in that position that has the most bang for your buck.

ECO haha Well I must say I wear my wrinkles Ive earned well, but yea I think eating good/somewhat healthy helps.

Joe really? huh! ok well I like to do them, they are up ther with RDL, those may be a favorite.

Timmyo  see above

This all being said I have to say yea i put in the work but if I didnt have Gs guidance and structure Id still be spinning my wheels. I am very lucky!! I think my knowledge is much better and I could fly outa the nest anytime.

ESP while going threw some crappy times it is nice just following a program and not having to think too much. Having someone you trust with your fitness/strength is key!! SOOOO

Thanks G

EDIT Dday thanks! Hope you are loving your Nikes now I sure am!!

great that you have that relationship! Training is different to working out, and 10 mins can be way more productive than someone’s 30 min of nonsense!
Anyway you are doing great!

Totally sold on the Nike’s. After the rack and weights, OLY shoes are the best thing I’ve bought for training.

Agree// do you wear the white hard inserts all the time, or just the flatter black ones? I really like the hard soles. Just wondering. I do forget to take them off sometimes for say RDLs or Gms and I wonder why its so different.

Wow, well thank you for saying that. I know i have told you this before but the best scenerio is when you can just train and not think about programming. The hardest thing i do is train/coach myself, it is really hard to do. Also with that being said it is not easy to help just anyone. Your committment, trust and passion combined with an unbelieveable desire/work ethic to train is the glue that makes a program work. Now back to work…lol jk.

Git is right - I totally zoned in on your leg definition. Very beautious.

and those abs - may I say jelly
