I didnt need to go for it on front squat would have saved more for deads, but I had a bug up my ass to do it.
Deads and the belt, I like the belt to hold tight in and press my belly in it, but wish i could wear it really low, will find a belt that can do this.
Anyway at 195 G was saying go to 205…really? ok done then when he said you have 215 I got a little scared lol he says what? afraid Im a bit afraid…then did it!
Then he says oh youve got to do 2 plates now…wish I could i only have one 45 lol so i stacked on more little plates to get my 225 and did it! Hope i got the right vids was a long day!!

Scale weight today is 120.5 …it still goes up and down, but is hanging more at the 120
Not sure where the weight will end up after this winter, but as long as I continue to feel like I do now (tons of energy etc) I really dont care. I do need to buy some new clothes, some days I look like Im wearing my teenagers.
Not sure where bf is at this point, but I have enough my face looks good, not too thin and my ass feels plump double win

Anyways, I saw you in Lex’s log and I was reminded of how you liked doing the cleans. I think you’ll really like Oly. When you’re ready you should learn a bit more, like push pressing or front squat push presses. They’re so much fun! And they make great additions to complexes and stuff. Not that you need to get tighter (bitch!), but its always good to have in your arsenal in case you want to switch things up.
