Love the gym and training looks solid. Ever consider prepackaging food and mailing it to those of us who can only burn chicken and microwave veggies? This log makes me hungry.

Thanks, and Im not really that great a cook.
also found that recipe for the tacos you
brown meat with some onion and drain (simple)
add 1/4 c green olive juice (trust me on this one back off to 1/8 if your nervous)
small can tomato sauce like the little little one lol
1 LG can diced tomatoes
1 tbs elpato sauce (may be hard to find usually in mexican isle)
cook separately some potatoes and dont cook till mushy.cut in little cubes and add to taco mix when almost cooked down.
i season with oregano(lil), s & p and cumin cook about 20-30 min. add your fav toppings etc.
youll never go back to the pkg of taco seasoning again!
another so super easy one is 3 chicken breast in a mini crock pot I got mine at target for like 8 bucks. its 1 1/2 quart the small size doesnt let the meat dry out like a big crock. Add a can of rotel. probably 3 hrs.first time check and remember time. Shred chicken and use in wraps or shells whatever with some toppings of choice.I do the same thing for beef.

band leg curls um yea went for a few but it kept rubbing the scabs off where i fell, wasnt up for the burn.
today was a struggle i had to work through. Eating wasnt the best the day before and other factors was just having a “weak” tight day. over all I hung with it.
Went to this place today that you pick your own veggies/flowers.Later in the day took the kids down to the lake(we can walk from our house were renting) and went fishing (no fish).
good day!

Maybe i should rephrase that…I just think my build wont let me get those great muscles popping like you have in your legs.SOoooo Im just hoping for some definition.humph
Mim yea the training is going good. Will have to tweak it around when i go back to work. Its kinda sad though even the longest training days I have to say enough, but could easily stay and practice this Oly stuff. luckily where i moved has so many trails to ride/run/hike like paved or gravel/dirt its crazy.I have to dust of my mountain bike, and just bought some trail running shoes.I will be attempting the trails that say “hilly”.---->buckles chin strap.
Joe too funny. You are making great progress with your lifts(you so have that 330?(sorry i read that a bit ago hope i got it right.

I was doing ghetto t-bars yesterday. I’m a fan of the movement.
I think you have great form on the rows. And I love the intensity.
This log has transitioned to “Come for the Show, Stay for the Go!” ![]()
Agreed with Punnyguy, great arch on back. Your arm muscles really stand out.
Thanks guys! Im loving the gym at home, I am definitely making a wish list!
T-bar ghettos make a girl smile, feel the GRRRR when pulling them !!
I need to find a corner where I can try those…
Do you keep the same hand forward all the time?

Not meaning to speak for Up, but get a V handle and use that rather than grabbing the bar.
Strong work Upscale. Who needs fancy machines when you’ve got ghetto bar rows? I’ve been meaning to start doing those in my basement. Thanks for reminding me.
One nice way to do ghetto t-bars is to get enought 25 or 35lb plates that you can use them instead of 45s.
Once the plates are smaller you get a much greater range of motion.

Yup Git is right about the V handle.I didnt find one at play it again so need to make a trip to another sports store. But yes I did switch off hands and i also tried the webbed hold.

Thanks Git no problem answering for me.
E - get on the ghetto bus…thanks for the ab compliment in your log ![]()
Joe really? I want the focus on back, not to mention my arms are only so long anyway…wouldnt that just be more range of motion for the actual “pick up” ?
