Now O you should know better than to ask me such questions…I have some plates at home, but really would like some of the bouncy Oly ones, Im trying to ease him into all this. I had access to the plates but missed out.
We are moving around the 18th so the house were getting has a basement.Im sure it will get set up once ALL the boxes are unpacked and house is in order.
We got the cage for $260 I guess new around 500, has dip and pullup.

Git Ill bet he will. Since he will be my spotter I see some benching in his future.He has had shoulder/bi surgery but other than the bi being slightly “Poppye” it is strong as is the shoulder.

Today cleaned out all my stuff from my studio…bitter sweet
Jumprope about 50-60 skips before whipping my ankles or tripping up, rollouts(knees), vups, twists slow and controlled, toe touches to bar 3 at a time getting more control with these, but i still use the momentum.
Just what i needed to loosen up, my legs, glutes from the other day.Not to mention its a great stretch hanging from pull up bar for the touches and twists.
nothing exciting. Need to expand my chest more, thought i was filling it up…
Benching…good lord as soon as my spotter sees the camera they start jumping around, then do you want me to take your picture? NO just get out of the way haha but i lose some concentration. Then the hands darting in and out, geeze. I try to make it clear dont touch bar, I will definitely let you know.
lol on Cav, ahh Cav Ive worn my hair in a bob more than not, but to have the hair brush my back and “soften” my growing lats and back, well its nice. I am at my max though.

band push downs 100 took about 10 sets of 10 give a few and minus a couple
front raise & delt work 3x12 light 8s
band face pulls hands apart when near face ~~~>first time for these
then I teased my core some doing 3 sets of planks with 25# plate
started some rollouts but my back was still a bit fagged, so I called it after the first 10
then hit some pushups and low tri holds
close grip chins, sets of 2-3 rev. and pro grip ~ whoa I need to add these in way more.Most ive ever done in a row is 8 close grip and 2 wide which was huge for me. I didnt try any wide today.

As far as showings go, they suck. Totally disruptive. When we sold our place this spring we had 132 showings over 8 weeks. 2 offers in that time frame.
