CRAP CRAP CRAP was ready to hit gym but got a call for house showing. Id much rather get the house sold, dont get me wrong just miss my stress reliever.
scale weight is 120 the last couple times on, not that I needed to I can see it on me. A little fat a little muscle could have been the beer, dang all the breweries where Im going.
I may get a beer belly haha but i do love live music so its a win win.

How about 4x5 box squats in place of leg press for today, just use the bar. Also try shoes on Fr squat today. Can sub hip thrust for leg curls/back ext possibly? Do you know how to set up bands for leg curls, if not i can explain it too you. Remember unload light week so don’t stress if you have to cut something!

Is the leg curls with bands standing? I may be able to figure it out. Hip thrusts are a fav, I havent been doing any pull through or hip thrusts. The HTs hit my glutes like no other( shoulders up on bench or in my case ottoman), I love that burn i get from it, I love it heavy so ill try to keep in mind its a deload,last i checked i couldnt open the vid.Have a showing in a few then work so i wont get to any of this till later.
I had a couple more deload days and lots of rest lol not really planned that way. With house for sale and life a little high gear thats not a big surprise. I am a little nervous that tomorrow i wont feel that strong, I hope Im wrong. I guess I only missed a few days, odd how it feels like more. Just a few weeks till we move and I cant wait! Im gathering up info on a home gym, I really hate waiting in line for racks and fighting the teens for the 25s

single leg 25s 3 each l, bar to get used to barbell, took more balance and chair was on the move, gym closed earlier that i thought, so did these at home, 70 barbell 2x3
then did the ham drop thing with my feet hooked under futon, could hold it for a short time then dropped down to hands, even though not enough strength for these it was burning.
