She hit a huge PR in the deadlift today!!!
Said all she kept hearing was Snap and I saying she was going to light…

Maybe she just had a lot of sugar before she pulled. It kind of reminds me of my eleven year old daughter who is always on hyper speed.

Have you ever tested your 1 RM on lifts? You know, load the bar, pull/push/squat a single, wait five or so minutes, add weight, and repeat? I suspect your maxes are far higher than you think. It will be fun to watch you get there.

You should train for a PLing meet. There are very few women our size/age who compete.
