Damn, whole load of doms after the back to back work–and now a cricked neck as well, now it all just aches.
Those weights are too light for you. Seriously, it doesn’t appear that you’re straining at all to lift them. And that’s a good thing! For the RDLs, I really emphasize bringing my hips through (thrust). It pays off to train that for when the DLs get heavy.

I copy the video from my phone to pc, open with Movie Maker, rotate and trim as necessary.
Then I save the movie off by selecting Save Movie and I choose the For Computer option.
Then I upload that to Youtube.
Hopefully that is of some help.

Snap i dont know what to tell you…it feels heavy to me? I think i could have gone up in weight not sure if Im just getting stronger or my mental game clicked in? I really want to keep my technique going and not go too crazy with weight increases. I also knew I had a lot of work left to do.
That was the last set of RDL at that point I was so done, funny you mention the hip thrust, your so right I usually do hump it more-thanks for reminding me.I really appreciate the comments and tips! I remember some conversation i think it was Deb and Alexus having about getting in the food. They were talking about downing the chickens. Well I couldnt eat a whole chicken but i did do some damage even eating the skin, so good. The only thing better would have been watching Joe do his knight & sword stuff while ripping off chicken legs and stuffing myself lol washed it down with mashed potatoes and broccoli( i happen to really like the trees)

Well well !.
For some time i have been trying to persuade my girlfriend to start basic weights but she has been of the cardio and running is all you need opinion—and when she gets an opinion then that’s it.
Then hey-ho her running magazine runs an article about the benefit of weight training for runners and suddenly she is keen but coming out with the ‘dont you get hoooge…’ question.
So i have now run a few of your videos for her (similar age) and she is well impressed–did a wow on the photo !!
So we may have another newbie weight trainer in the family and thanks for the superb example of a strong and fit looking lady.
We have a machine like that and I thought it was a barbell row helper thing. Our t-bar row is chest supported.
At any rate, looks your moving some good weight there!
I wasn’t exactly sure what was going to happen during the first few seconds of that video, not that I’m complaining.
We have a similar, if cheaper set up at my gym.
