in lighting you are either on the floor with your neck bent looking up
or your are on a ladder with your arms over head.
I have to do allot of tubing and band work
and millions of dislocates to get loose

Id like to continue to build more muscle. I dont want to be any leaner. Hoping for more padding in upper chest below those collar bones which ive always hated the look of, but are softening up. Have a pretty skinny neck but O says hers is getting thicker so I will keep hope for that haha.

Front squats 45/8 55/6 65/5 75/85/75 x5 3 min rest but went 75 5 85 at 4 rep barely made it up was thinking drive drive drive as i got up a guy came up behind me and says do you need a spot? I said “that bad?” he says “thought you were going down” First I was struggling 2nd ive been taught how to fall pfft haha so he spots me for 5th honestly i dont even know if he helped or not ill say he helped cause it was so distracting whatever happened…
