Did a combo of “sled drag” and suto farmer walk, grip was crying.
Also I have been doing good with rolling out after training. The other day i looked in mirror and saw a little bulge in top of trap/back of shoulder area, i pushed down on it and it actually made a “crunching” noise…yikes.

I have tight traps from doing hair also, i always have my arms up and i tense up, not to mention i think i was using traps for some shoulder work before, and had to learn to relax them.

Lol, I know the form starts to fade sometimes as the weight goes up, so im trying to hold my own.
The bench line is way better then it was a few weeks ago. I love this taping thing and watching it back, sometimes Im like “oh much better” and others i cringe at the ugly.
