CRAP 117 today.I knew my appetite has been insane lately.I feel like I am either thinking of food or eating food. Heck i drive to work with a plate of food. Matter a fact Im shoveling in food as i type. I dont wanna get hung up on counting calories or anything like that.
Sooo I guess eat more. I will say my energy is great, so it cant be all bad!!
Not to mention I hate getting on the scale, I could be up 2 lbs tomorrow so I shouldn’t even worry about it.
Why are you investing so much thought into food? Are you training for a competition or something? If not, you already look smokin. I wouldnt worry about what your eating unless it is crappy fast food or something. Healthy grainy/ high fibre snacks will keep you happy! I eat flax cereal with frozen berries and scoups of peanut butter/ Almond milk all the time, thats like a blizzard from Dairy queen to me. Not a big deal seeing as I am allergic to dairy products and never eating ice cream doesnt mentally eat me alive lol. Naturally high protein snacks and I never take any of these bullshit store bought protein products or any supplements for that matter unless it is a multivitamin.
Reminds of years back when paying for training. After 2 months of machine stuff and their supplement, I complained that I didn’t seem any bigger or stronger. The sheer disbelief in his voice “You want to GAIN weight?!?!?!?!?!?” (I was 6 ft tall and 160 lbs.)
