All alone?

Everyone’s idea of “big and strong”, and having “good genetics” is completely different. For all we know you could be that big fat guy in the gym who weighs 250 and is overjoyed to bench 315. Lose 2-6 lbs of fat every week!! You probably are that fat guy!

Absolutly- its not ALL genetics (thats starting to become an excuse for not knowing how to eat properly). Just like you need to wait to “USE” at least 3 years & I really think 5- to learn how to train properly & BREAK THROUGH PLATEAUS, this time is also wisly spent on learning to manipulate foods to get where you want to go(goals). Use of a journal IS CRITICAL!!!Most people Don’t do this. But on the other side I think some people may need “assistance” after the 3-5 yearnewbie stage. But, I must also say ALL(yes every) pencil neck I’ve ever seen is missing something in their programs(diet,rest,training,recovery techniques,etc)-That’s why thier not growing.Every one can add 30-40 lbs within 2 years(most within one)From experience I simplt don’t buy it when I hear “I can’t get bigger”.And-NO- not every one can be a 250lber “without”, but grow–Oh yea-I’ll bet on it.
