Took it a bit easier, with @T3hPwnisher echoing JWs words on conditioning being restorative I went at a brisk but not hard pace.

Squats - 60, 80, 100, 115, 130kg X 5
Ab rolls - 5 X 5
2 mins between sets
Gs2
Chins - 2 X 5 sets
Kb swing - 3 X 5
Squat - 145kg X 5 X 5
3 mins between sets
Gs3
Chin X 5 X 4 sets
Ohp- 40, 50, 57.5kg X 5, 40 X 10 (all cleaned for first rep)
Dips 25 X 4
Face pulls 25 X 4 (red band)
Chins 5 X 4 sets
2.5, 2.5, 4, between sets.
That was so much work, I spent the final giant set rests with my head in my hands felling queasy, trying not to lose my Coco pops!
I didn’t appreciate how much work this is, getting 100 chin ups in is a session on its own! I rest paused a some of the dips and face pulls. ROM on dips wouldn’t pass internet police, chins would (hit my head on the roof once!) Started chins with pull up grip for first 30, then down to neutral grip from there on out.
Squats were probably the easiest part of this, apart from set 2/3 of the top set, I’m not used to doing multiple sets for weight, I like top set then back off.
My triceps are fried, that was brutal. Post training meal involved 6 eggs, 4 in a row were double yolks, don’t think I’ve had 1 in years then all of a sudden 4 in a row, eggciting. (in with the egg pun before anyone else gets there).
This was the EXACT thought I had, staring at my feet in the shower after the first workout. It was the first time I ever contemplated quitting a program I had started.
