I think I’ll be changing all my variations wave to wave. The only part I’m enjoying is hitting a weight that seems heavy every day - if I have last time to go off of, I’m likely to get dumb on some of them

Ain’t that hard but probably won’t need that many in ur lifetime. Maybe for bench theres a lot of variations. Squats and deads maybe half a dozen tops for me

Ah ok that makes more sense, so you’ll reuse the exercise but not on the same rep range when it comes back round.
Right - I’m doing a 5 a 3 and a 1 for everything. Maybe break up the monotony a little too.

Ran at 7.5mph until 7 mins then increased 0.5mph every thirty secs until 10 mins. Got a stitch at 6 mins, but had eaten a load of white chocolate fingers before that

Football bar bench: 60, 70, 80 X 5, 90 X 3, 100, 110, 120 X [b]1[/], 125kg X f - the bar is super awkward (50mm/2 inch thick handle, doesn’t have rotating sleeves and grip is hard to get close to the centre due to angles) failed due to awkward angle confident strength was there - was actually contemplating 130 as the jump.

Was good session I’m still sweating post shower (actually fed up of how much this program makes me sweat).

Felt tired (disturbed night) but had a good day with some stress lifting. Was going to do accessories but had the bat signal from the Mrs (kids playing her up) so dropped to etsots instead of emoms and finished up quick.
Creatine arrived today took 10g preworkout and will take 10g again, let’s go full loading period and proper use before I dismiss it finally - I’ll even hold off upping cals for a bit since I’m essentially in maintenance mode anyway and see if there is some gains to be had!
It’s fine I embrace it, no Dunning Kruger effect here, I’m just all Dunning… that is how that works right?
Morning weight 206/14.10 - despite large pizza covered in generous helping of potato salad, followed by toffee donut and salted caramel ice cream (at around 9pm) then a protein shake at 1030pm, thought eating junk food late was the secret to becoming a fatty, one day my homeostasis will break and I’ll turn into a ball of lard.

I normally go for coleslaw on top - potato salad was in the fridge, seemed like a good alternative, it was. I’d recommend it you might learn some new culinary delights!

Although I don’t think you’d ever eat anything like the food I do, it’s mostly carbs and I’m not sure I’ve ever heard of you eating a real carb (fruit doesn’t count).
I guess she’s been known to eat mushrooms and I think spinach by the kilo, so you might lose that bet. While still being correct in spirit.
