Only thing worse than those things are push presses. It is like regular presses, but for small children.

I like to use puppies instead of rubber matting, works better than matting - stops the bar rolling around.

Great idea, I have dismal arms so dead puppies as a sleeve filler - much better than curls!

Morning weight 206/14.10.

Slight disappointed but not pushing the eating overly hard - too much going on in life at the moment, quite a bit of stress so not conducive to eating tonnes - let’s just hope I get stronger and better conditioned at least!

Talking of life stuff, had to miss yesterdays session and can’t do anything on Sunday so I’m going to have to try and hit 3 days in a row, less than ideal!

Meh im just busting ur balls. As long as u are getting the effect u want it’s all good. A one count would probably be the shortest pause I’d do and it’s plenty effective. U can pause longer if u feeling confident but more than 3 count pauses are overkill pn squats and deads (May as well do Moore weight/reps/sets at that point). Useful for bench though

It’s all good, it’s funny how long you perceive something and then watch it back and it’s nothing, pretty much anything with a heavy weight makes time screwy, everything feels like it takes forever!

Most of the time just need too remind myself to pause longer. If u can pause it half a second u can probably do longer also

Yea I’m confident I can do longer, I’ll just have to remind myself that if I don’t I’ll be emasculated by Guineapig!

I’ll rerun it at the beginning of the third wave, give it a full pause and see if I can’t go heavier as well!
