This is very sad. He was only 35 years old. He got himself and others shredded to the bone. If I have it correct he even worked with some former posters here.
So many people dying in the past few years, nowhere near old!

Oh, I thought he was 45. Anyway, it still sucks and too young to go these days.
Wow.
I worked with Alex 3 years back and he got me in the best shape of my life. Great, down to earth, cool attitude. Totally changed my view on nutrition and supplements for the better. Still practice many of the positive habits I learned from him today. My heart goes out to his family.
Good dude for sure.
That’s a damned shame. I’d actually been considering working with him myself after hearing so many good things.
There seems to have been a lot of relatively early deaths in the fitness industry in the last few years. The constant pushing of the envelope in terms of anabolics, diuretics, growth hormone and recreational drugs seems to be catching up to users at an accelerated rate. People should start paying attention and stop being so extreme, both with “steroids are completely safe!!!” And/or “steroids are the devil!!!”. Shit is getting out of hand.
