Does anyone know of any side effects that any supplements have when cobined with alcohol? Any cases of where the BAC was effected?
From my personal experience HOT-ROX may increase the time it takes to metabolize alchohol.
When you say metabolize, are you talking about the actual bac level or justbthe way the alcohol made you feel

my safety briefings usually involve references to mmf
creatine and alcohol maybe? apparently its a bad idea because alcohol is dehydrating, and thats not good when you are taking creatine.

Oh, I have done that.
I never said anything about MMF, but I did make a reference one time to not beat their gerbil, dog, or their wife/girlfriend/boyfriend.
My crusty old 1SG thought it was funny, but he was the only one.
