I was hoping that one of the t-mag writers or other educated invididuals could contribute to this thread.
I am searching for answers to the following questions:
1.) why is it reccomended to take ALA with your post workout drink but to avoid taking METFORMIN ?
2.) Which one is more desireable from an “improving insulin sensitivity” point of view ?
3.) How do the physiological effects of METFORMIN and ALA differ from one another ?
