A question about ALA and Keto. Now I’m not even close to an expert, I’ve barely wrapped my mind around insulin and what it does… but if one were to use ALA after a workout, how much would they need for it to be effective without eating any carbs(Or drinking for most people.)
Basicly, would it be possible for a lifter to take a large amount of ALA, to replace the insulin needed after a workout, or does ALA not work quite like this?
