I did a search before starting this.
It would be logical to assume those who train will have an interest in looking as young ss they can.
I have that interest at fifty-three, and am poking around looking for hacks effective for helping signs of aging Unwanted wrinkles here or there come to mind. Gray hair has a fix, as does no hair.
I could give a creo about the hair.
What kills my soul is the mirror showing any sags or wrinkles.
That said I’m not looking like a Sharpei or something. But I don’t want to in the future.
So the question is, what do we have here related to the physical signs of aging and also the mental/emotional signs? When I say that, I’m talking about the ability to summon strength, and do it while under pressure
