I’ve just finished my first week of CW’s Next big three program. Can someone recommend me what to do after that. I was thinking about a really basic prog (deads, squats, rows, chins…), but I’m a beginner and don’t think I’m capable of designing my own program (even though I’ve been trying). My main goal is to add some mass.
Look at triple total training or total body training both are by CW.
Perform Big Boy Basics followed by Triple Total Training. Then, move on to Total Body Training.

Chad, if you can just answer me this: can I replace dummbell exercises (presses, deads) with barbells, and if there is a possibility of doing any other exercise instead of 45? bench and rows (cause I have a home made bench).

Merely hoisting the front end of your bench up 20-30 degrees will provide the necessary effect. So, I suggest you rig up something that will work. It will be time well spent.
