^Stephen Lang might of voiced Deathstroke in the Batman Arkham Origins. I can’t remember.
Btw for fans of Frank Miller’s Dark Knight Returns, the two part animated movie adaptation is actually REALLY good. They did a phenomenal job with it.

Agreed, it was good.
I just wish Mark Hamel would of voiced the Joker. I hate when actors are like “I’m done with this character…” No one cares what you think Hamel, just do the damn voice!

If only Kevin Conroy could add 50 pounds of mass in the next week and throw Batfleck off a bridge.
Doesn’t show much, but in honor of Batman’s 75th, why not.

After they were funny. Sorry Stu.

If only…
I see the cowl and cape are one piece again.
Can someone explain the logic behind it? It’s not like Robin is there to watch his 6
So if Batman gets his cape snagged when he jumps it’s instant broken neck, huh? That seems like a dumb strategy for the ol’ detective.

They were also giving out the #1 issue of Batman Eternal on Amazon as well. Grabbed that up.

I like the redesign. Still, Yvonne Craig will always have a special place in my heart ![]()

Zack Snyder just tweeted this out. All I can say is… hmmm. Guess they’re going for a little older Aquaman too? Maybe he’ll already have had run-ins/interactions with Batman (total guess).

The Aquaman rumor seems to have been recently confirmed, with Jason Momoa officially playing the part. Now I’m even more confused how/if they’re going to handle any shared screentime with Affleck and one of the most muscular actors in Hollywood today. Of course, that’s presuming he gets any significant screentime beyond just a quick intro or something.[/quote]
In the comics, Aquaman has come into conflict with the Merrevale oil company (owners of the burning rig in MoS) for posing a threat to Atlantis. Tnere’s been further fan speculation that the carnage caused by the Tranformers rejects - I mean World Engines - will draw him to the surface…
Given that Momoa already turned down the offer to play Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy (didn’t want to play another taciturn character - understandable), and he’s been previously rumored to be up for several DC characters, including Martian Manhunter and Lobo, if he is playing Aquaman, then he’s most likely only playing a minor role in SvB (very late casting announcement after Momoa denied all previous negotiations with WB ) and is on a play-or-pay deal for an Aquaman solo movie. I like Momoa. Thought he got a raw deal with Conan; that movie’s script was so fucking bad there wasn’t any actor that could have made it work. Aquaman always seemed like a lame-ass character, but hopefully the movie is decent.
I do find it hilarious that this is actually happening after the tongue-in-cheek Aquaman story line on Entourage.

I cant take that movie serious for this very reason. I mean did they even get James Cameron to direct it?

Did you see they just announced a new Justice League villain?

That makes sense. They’ve already let slip that Batman will have a history with the Joker, which makes Superman the tyro. I knew they’d go down the barbarian warlord route when Momoa’s casting was officially announced.
Digging the Poseidon look, but it fails the geek litmus test of being able to guess who he is meant to be from a single photo.
Do not like Affleck for this. He lacks any sense of raw athleticism and is in no way physically imposing or menacing. He lacks the intensity to be believable as Bruce Wayne which was Bale’s real strength in Begins and is the key to the role. Affleck also has moobs. Not cool.
Bradley Cooper’s physique/physical presence from American Sniper would be adequate to fill the batsuit, but I can’t really see him as Wayne. He doesn’t necessarily look a lot bigger than Affleck, but he seems a lot harder and more capable.
Ray Stevenson would rock as Reacher/older Batman. Really like him as an actor. He’s got that very cool self possessed with an undercurrent of violence thing going for himself, which would work.
