ooooook. having been in EMS, going into nursing and being in the field still with Lifeflight communications and watching everyone cheat on their spouses, or hook up, get divorced, etc…I can’t assume anything (as I don’t know her) but texting is the gateway drug. I text a lot of the guys I work with but I’m also one of the guys, and I am friends with their wives too. No need to text the boss after hours unless it is work-pertinent and impacts her in some way going in to her next shift. If you’re married, I think it’s ok to have friends of the opposite sex if you include your spouse in the friendship. when you’re married, you’re a package.
This.

Plus the medical field and NURSES are the worse, in regards to fucking around and divorce.

Just saying.
Huh!? Please clarify this with more words. Temptation field? Why? what? My girlfriend is studying to become a nurse, now I got worried :S
Well… I mean… when every girl wants to be with a doctor, or dreamy a surgeon…

These threads scare me because I never want this to happen to me after I am married…

Or it could be you are WAY over reacting… If marrige means no texting or talking to people of the opposite sex then poof you will always be having drama. I never let my wife mess with my phone FB or other comunication devices & in return I dont play FBI with her shit. I have a buddy hows wife is always doing that shit to him F that, I’d leave her where she stands. Unless you catch her with some dick pics maybe you should chill before you scare a nice woman away by being a controlling douche… If you lay the pipe and pay the bills you shouldnt have shit to worry about any how

Not to sound like a lifetime movie, but I’m pretty crazy about her. I’m 49 and it’s not my first rodeo so i will survive either way, but i will miss the shit out of her. i just know it’s not gonna work if i can’t get by this. I know I might have overreacted by kicking her out, but I was tore up over the situation and I got drunker than a man should ever be.
Then get together with her sober and tell her you want to talk to see if it can be worked out.
Say whatever you want to, as long as you remain civil and legitimately try to work it out
ie It was inappropriate on her part, you got drunk instead of keeping your composure and really dealing with the issue, you want to not put yourselves in a place that tempts either, etc

Hell anyone can be tempted by someone new, feeling appreciated, not seeing the temptor’s warts, etc.
Not suggesting you be doormat or cuckold, but do suggest you try to work it out if all they were doing was flirting and she will do her part to be one man woman.

He’s a tender soul, please go easy on him.

I hear he’s still recovering from the realisation that his country looks like a pancreas.

It is really quite nice actually in a lot of ways. It isn’t all rainbows and fairy tales, but it is pretty nice just the same.

I couldn’t come home to an empty house and feel justified for working this hard.

Statistically speaking from what I remeber from my Family class I colege about 60% of married men cheat at some point in the marrige and 51% of women cheat… Some of you reading this may be cheating now tsk tsk

Meh, you kicked her out so that’s it. Why even bother taking her back?

I hope she never comes back and ends up fucking her boss. She probably has already.

OP So what the heck’s gone on in the last week since you kicked her out? Has she been trying to communicate with you or did she just disappear?

If the answer is she hasn’t tried to communicate, you may as well get a lawyer first thing in the morning and get the divorce wrapped up asap. If you care for her daughter you should try to do it as amicably as possible so you can still have a relationship.
