Hello I am looking for an outside perspective to take a look at my form and offer me some advice on technique, flexibility, power, and strength. My max. snatch is 70kg and my clean/jerk is 90kg.

Looks pretty solid to me, how often are you lifting? Just need more repetition from training
I was lifting three times a week, but now I think I am going to start training four days a week. Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it.
Other than trying to arch your back/tighten your back more off the floor, I agree. Form looks pretty decent. Quit fiddling with your grip, set your grip and back, then lift!!

this made me go back and watch it again and damn! he really does fiddle a lot with his grip
I dunno, is it just me or does he seem really slow under the bar?
