Advice for the Final Stretch of Leaning Down?

Stats
Height: 191 cm / 6’3"
Starting weight: 92.5 kg / 204 lbs
Diet start: March 22nd, 2018
Current weight: 76.6 kg / 169 lbs (morning on empty stomach)
Current BF%: ~15% (according to $20 bio-impedance scale)
Current calorie intake: 1800 cal

As seen from stats, I’ve been dieting for about 7 months now. The progress has been solid in the beginning but for the past 6-8 weeks, it started to taper down, in the past 3 weeks I went down only 2 lbs. Although the progress has been steady when looked at in the long term, it kinda messes me up when for days the scale just sits at the exact same number, down to 2nd decimal place.

As far as my goals, I want to get down to ~12% with decently visible abs, which according to my calculations would be between 73-74 kg / 160-163 lbs. Up until now, I’ve been doing this solely on food intake, meaning zero cardio with a couple exceptions where it was to compensate social events where I’d go over my calorie goal.

Although when looking at it from the distance, it looks like solid progress, I feel like it’s taking me forever and when I look around, it’s all 16, 18, 20 week cuts, I’m coming up on 28th week.

So I guess what I’m asking is - is there any way to speed up the process or do I just have to wait it out? What’s the expected weekly/monthly weight loss at this point that would indicate whether I’m doing well or could be going faster?

Time to add cardio. Incline treadmill walking is a great modality; if not available, just walk outside. Not too fast–heart rate should go no higher than the 130s. Start at 10 minutes; do it every other day, adding a minute each session until you’re at 20, then hold there. Do it after weightlifting, not before. Watch that you don’t ‘accidentally’ increase calories to compensate for the extra work.
