I know this is probably a dead horse. My wife and I want to get on a better nutritional plan and also increase how many times we eat a day. Does anyone have any advice or internet links to some good plans? I have a basic plan down, but it needs an overhaul.

You should probably say that you are the same person that started the High Cholesterol @ 25 thread.
Use the search tool as noted and figure out a low carb diet (for cholesterol reasons) that fits your life style.
Try reading about:

Leangains
6 meals a day
etc.
