Advice for Lunge Training

I have the adductor (or tendon) of the left leg painful when i’m back or front squatting. I hzvr injured it when i try with little warmup the snatch grip deadlift.
As i have some chicken leg … i don’t want it anymore !! so i can’t stay without training legs.

I can do the lunges, step-up without pain or a little.
What is the best for you : front rack lunges, lunges with barbell on the back, kettlebell farmer carry lunges when training for leg mass.

I have the possiblities to training with prowler, sled, farmer walk too.

I think of :
ramp of 10 meters of front rack lunge, jump of 5 kg

density prowler 10 minutes max distance with the prowler “heavy”

carry: yoke carries 5x 1min

I prefer the front rack lunges because they make it harder to “cheat” by leaning the torso forward and using your lower back to whip yourself back up, thus taking away from the leg stimulation.

Front lunges are bad ass. I only did them one time (unlike regular weighted lunges) and I felt less glutes and more quads for sure.

That’s because you can’t cheat with the lower back

Thanks coach  and it’s cool because i prefer the front rack version.
What do you think of my ideas for the workout ?
