Advice for 40Yr Old Martial Artist? Need More Energy

I agree 10lbs in 3 months is not realistic… Maybe if you had no current muscle and you just started working out that’s possible but for anyone who has previous training with proper diet don’t expect to gain more than 2lbs tops per month

Well have to see... those are my goals. Shoot for stars, if I cant get to the stars, I`ve at least landed on the moon

Yes, I know its possible to gain muscle and loose fat at the same time.
It`s not easy…but it is possible.

Anyways, I have to choose ONE goal at a time, so the next 2 months = fat loss.
If I loose a little muscle, then so be it. Going from 22% fat to 14% fat should help with energy over the long haul. Even if I loose some muscle, I`ll still end up looking better. Smaller waist = wider shoulders. Lower fat = more definition.
