40 years old. 22% fat. MMA + kickboxing + BJJ.
Never used gear. But I believe steroids SHOULD be 100% legal. Now that I am 40, I am open to the possibility of using low dosages.
Height 5 foot 6
Current weight = 174 lbs @ 22% fat
Weight Goal (in next 2 months) = 160lbs @ 14% fat
Body Goals = Loose 20 pounds on a 2000 calorie diet. While maintaining or (if possible) gain some muscle.
Eating goals = more veggies, 150 grams protein per day.
I also wish to raise testosterone (hopefully naturally) over the long term.
Gym Schedule Goals: I wish to get up to: 2/3 days a week martial arts, 2 days a week of lifting. Jogging 1 hour daily.
Difficulties = Have PTSD, must take SSRIS = low energy. Dark, very wet + rainy winters don
t help.
