Hi All
I posted recently regarding a first cycle of Sustanon only regarding the test taper protocol and was grateful for the helpful responses.
I have a further question but will go over my stats again:
Age 38
Weight 224ish
Height 6’1" (and shrinking lol)
Bf would estimate in the mid to high teens.
I am three and a half weeks into a sustanon cycle of 250mg E3D and have been offered 7 2ml/200mg amps of Deca. I would imagine that I am not the first to think that being that this will be my one and only cycle then why not? but I have also read that it may not be a good idea to throw deca into the mix first time around.
If I were to include it the cycle would then look like this:
Weeks 1-3 Sustanon 250mg E3D (already completed)
Weeks 4-10 Sustanon 250mg E3D / Deca 200mg 1per week (possibly split into two if it were advised to regarding blood levels but with kids around the house would prefer to not have a barrel and pin half full anywhere close to them. Sods law is that if it is in the same country then my seven year old will find it)
Weeks 11-13 Sustanon 250mg E3D
Weeks 14-18 Stasis Sustanon 100mg per week split over 3 injections per week OR Test E 100mg split over two per week. (I have the sust to hand but can easily get Test E if advised as a better option)
Week 19 Taper 80mg of Sust or Test E as above
Week 20 Taper 60mg as week 19
Week 21 Taper 40mg as week 19
Week 22 Taper 20mg as week 19
After reading Prisoners test taper sticky I don’t currently intend to run any other pct but please feel free to correct me if this is wrong and that I have misread his points.
A bit of further background is that while I have lifted for a number of years I have also played soccer all my life so have had to watch my weight and have kept it at around a max of 220-225 for the last ten years or so. Fortunately for the positions I play then a bit of extra weight is not such an issue and the strength is a help. I am now currently coming to the end of this and am looking to increase my lean mass. The reason I am using AAS is that at 38 I believe that my test levels have had a good deal of time to reduce compared to the early twenty peak. Again if this is an incorrect assumption then please feel free to correct it.
Thanks
Si
