I realize there is a TRT and Deca thread already, but I’m interested in adding long term, low dose use to my TRT protocol, not timing a cycle to avoid lab detection.
I use 200mg test cyp weekly and inject daily.
I do experience polycythemia and have to be very careful to donate right on schedule. If I let too much time go by my heart rate will sometimes be too high to donate. I do have the option to pay for a phlebotomy at a “wellness” clinic happy for the quick transaction pretty much at any time.
I plan to inject 100mg deca per week as I understand this ratio prevents side effects.
My questions:
How much of an effect should I expect on red blood cell count
Is it advantageous to inject daily as well or would 2x per week suffice?
this has been discussed so many times, but i highly recommend you try NPP first. if this goes south it will take 2-4 weeks for deca to clear. and deca went south for me big time not saying it will affect you, but you never know
TRT induces erythrocytosis, not polycythemia. The most misused word in western medicine.
They are not the same thing. Somewhere in the past, erythrocytosis and polycythemia vera got mixed up. The latter describes a type of cancer that causes an increase in red blood cells.
These two words, conditions are not interchangeable.
I’m seeing it used in literature from medical clinics prescribing trt, but am more interested in the effect on increased rbc deca’s long term but low dose usage may bring about than which word for increased rbc to use.
Yeah I don’t know about that. I think if you’re prone to side effects from Nandrolone, they’re gonna happen. I have used it on a couple of occasions and just never felt right. But we are all different. Let us know how it goes.
