I’m about to start a Mag-10 plan for success as I’ve got the time to train and eat like crazy. I happen to have an extra bottle of Androsol lying around and was wondering if there’s any advice on how to add some sprays into the mix. From what i’ve read, androsol is 4-AD and Mag-10 contains 4-AD. I was thinking maybe about 50 sprays as my 3rd serving of juice after an end of day shower. So 7am Mag-10, 5 pm Mag-10, train, 9 pm androsol? (for two weeks) Any benefits, drawbacks, or suggestions?
