Adding Airdyne Light Conditioning in the Morning

I am currently follow a basic 2x2x2 program in the early evenings

Mon Lift
Tues Prowler
Wed Mobility
Thur Lift
Fri Prowler
Sat Mobility

I would like to add about 20-30 of light Airdyne work and stretching in the morning at least 4 to 5 days a week. Should I avoid doing them on the days I lift or do you think will it make a difference in my lifts?

I don’t think it will make a difference PROVIDED you are in decent shape.

I feel like I am in pretty decent shape for 60. I guess I will find out.
