Add Surge WOF or Just More Food?

Hey guys… I am getting close to being done with my diet to stop being a fatty. I feel like I’m getting close enough to call it before I really start making negative impacts. Up until recently I was still getting stronger while dieting but that has stalled, I am still loosing fat and all, but I think I want to go ahead and start slowly adding in more calories. Currently I eat about 1800-1900 calories a day. I take Surge Recovery, bcaas, Alpha Male, Rez-V, fish oils and a multi.

Currently I am training in the morning, about 7- 7:30 and I am waking up about 6 - 6:30. I have coffee and a protein shake before the gym.

SO like I said, I am considering upping the calories to about 2000-2100 or so in the next few weeks and seeing if I’m gaining or losing at that intake. I am considering trying to keep my food intake the same and just add in something more peri workout. I feel that it would keep making adjustments simple and keep my day to day routine the same/simple.

My considerations are:
Start using Surge Workout Fuel pre-peri workout. Ive never used a supp like this, and I am wondering if it will help me get an edge on my morning lifting.

Add an extra scoop of protein powder in the morning, with some milk.

THose are my two top options… I have also considered trying a pulse fast for grins and see where it can get me at the end of dropping some fat.

Just curious if anyone has some thoughts on this?

I would drop the Recovery and go with the WOF. I don’t use it any more but every session I had with WOF was productive.

I’m a big fan of the WOF as well. On days when I need to just bump my cals and carbs, I throw a couple of scoops into my usual Peri-workout bottle (Anaconda/Mag-10) and definitely notice the difference. Besides, taking in more nutrients around your training can have a large effect on your gains.

Good to know, thanks

Thanks Stu. I get fat fairly easily, and I dont intend on doing that again, and I am not made of money, but currently money is better than it usually is, so Id like to take advantage of some supplements to help me make some gains. Im 30… and done dicking around.

I don’t know if I want to throw in MAG-10 or not, and frankly I dont feel im up to date enough with it to know what the best options for it are.
