In a month or so I�??m fat stripping, as follows:
Day 1: Heavy lifting - Stronglifts 5x5 part 2 �?? primarily big compound movements (1 hour)
+ alactic work = hill sprints (20 mins)
Day 2: Lactate-inducing workout + steady-state aerobic work(20-30mins)
Day 3: Pre breakfast steady state cardio (30 mins)
Day 4: Heavy lifting - Stronglifts 5x5 part 2 �?? primarily big compound movements (1 hour)
Day 5: Pre breakfast steady state cardio (30 mins)
Day 6: Lactate-inducing workout + steady-state aerobic work(20-30mins)
Day 7: Pre breakfast steady state cardio (30 mins)
Couple of questions:
- If I am calculating my maintenance with the Harris Benedict Formula, can I get some ideas as to what my activity multiplier is?
I�??d say 1.7�?�… - 5 days of the week I�??m in calorie deficit by 20% with less than 100g of carbs. On the high strength days I go a little over maintenance and have morning, pre and post workout carbs.
Am I overdoing it?
And would you have a carb + protein PWO shake after the lactate workouts too?
