At my in-laws for the weekend…I may have mentioned this before but they’ve been kind enough to let me stash a 44 pound kettlebell in their basement so whenever we visit I can always get a quick workout in. Hence, the 44 today rather than the 53.
Soreness from vasectomy starting to subside, hopeful that I’ll feel up to resuming barbell training by the end of next week, but for now my little daily kettlebell press session is keeping me sane.
