Dumbbell Workout (15 Sets)
As noted above…have decided to make my daily dose deadlifts all Monday-Friday, go with some squats on Saturday & turn Sundays into a high rep all-dumbbell workout which will serve 2 useful purposes. First, it will actually keep my upper body a bit better conditioned than doing absolutely nothing for it. Second, since I may start traveling a little bit, and hotel gyms tend to have dumbbell racks these days, having this in the regular rotation won’t make it so weird to do one day of assorted dumbbell this and that. I’ve got 15’s, 20’s, and 25’s so I did a bunch of setsb of 10: raises, curls and a few presses.
