Bodyweight of 221.8 today. Progress on my goal of pulling 500 at progressively lower BW, though I wasn’t thrilled with the lift itself - a bit sloppy (see vid). I think it would still pass in a meets but I got a little uneven off the floor and had to fight this pretty hard. Both 500’s were similar - I locked them out, but they were both a little too much of a grind for my taste. Will refocus and keep training & really nail the next attempt at an even lower BW in a month or two.

Have really settled into a nice groove here. The daily singles at 405 are feeling really good and will probably make life easier on the days when I crank it up to 500.
