So changed my plate loading after the wife kept complaining (probably rightly) that it was annoyingly loud with my using the 100’s. So I’m back to all bumper plates for pulls, which means on my DE days I’ll probably just use 315 from now in for ease of setup. Also, I’m convinced that I still can’t pull conventional without fear - my back was real cranky over the weekend after pulling conventional on Friday, but gave me no issues pulling sumo today. So sumo it will be for at least another few months.
Anyways, I think I’ve settled on a decent plan for the fall.
