Yeah, I know, I did this workout three days in a row now. Work & life with 2 little kids has been hectic and this is an easy-but-satisfying workout that I can bang out in <15 minutes including changing my shoes. Just enough work to keep myself going right now.
this is both acceptable and very wise.

Preparing to make the jump to 280 as my box squat working weight for the next few weeks; just finished today’s workout there since I had already cut the grass and needed to be back inside for when kids get up. Planning to nudge this up 5 pounds every few weeks as long as it feels good and see where I land.
