Worked out at my parents’ house this morning (my fiancée and I had a wedding to attend last night back here). Just some easy box squats and deadlifts.

Not sure if this is a serious question or just a cheeky reply prompted by Yogi’s delightful photo…

I bring my own mat (as do most yoga students) so I clean it after every class with this fancy yoga mat wash stuff. Smells delightful, really. Ditto the towels and yoga shorts - wash them pretty much immediately after class, unlike regular gym clothes which I’ll just throw in the hamper and wash at the end of the week.

Most studios do have some community mats available for rental on a per-class basis (usually $1/class) for travelers and/or people that forgot their mat and/or people too lazy to bring their own. Those are cleaned after every class.

Pure cheekiness was the intent. Never meant to call into question your personal hygiene. :slight_smile:

Dumbbell Rack Workout (25 Minutes)

Traveling for work (quick trip; flew down last night, flying home tonight). Feeling a little soreness from yesterday’s 4x435 anyway so this worked out well, did my usual “take all te dumbbells off the rack and do a set of something with each” - started with side raises, front raises, curls, presses, and finished with incline bench and then a couple bonus sets of high-rep rows with the 50 pounders.

No rep PR’s today but I was pretty happy with the two solid singles at 465. Next few weeks will be hectic so I’ll back off the really heavy stuff for a little while, doing a couple yoga classes and some kettlebell work and box squats. Planning the 500 attempt for late July.
