I’ve been skipping the gym and eating more for the past 3-months and i think it’s starting to show. What type of diet/exercise should i try?
The most obvious answer is to do ANYTHING. You’ve been skipping the gym and eating off plan before this: what were you doing BEFORE this? Was it working? What led you to stop doing it?
