Abs and Flat Stomach, and Posture.

I don’t know about the ‘best’ way, but what I did:

BIKE face pulls for lots of reps, not to failure, several sets a day.
LYTP (look this up) routine with the emphasis on QUALITY contraction of the mid back muscles during each rep- used this in the morning for a few sets and also during all warmups.

Also, just sticking your chest out, and visualise pulling your shoulderblades down into your lower back, this will improve posture a lot.

It’s just a case of teaching you body ‘this is how I carry myself’, it gets much more natural.

Stretch your pecs often and maybe emphasize back training over the chest. This helped for me.
