Abnormal Post Cycle Bloodworks

Hey guys, first of all, I hope I posted this thread in the right section. If not, my apologies.

Last year until January this year, I ran a cycle of 500mg Test E for 20 weeks. (Indeed, on the long side, but that’s another lesson.)

My pre-cycle blood values were briefly:
LH: 5.0 IU/L
FSH: 2.4 IU/L
Testosterone: 18.9 nmol/L
Free Testosterone: 0.430 nmol/L
Estradiol: 149.3 pmol/L
SHBG: 22.8 nmol/L
Albumin: 51.3 g/L

In January, I started my PCT. This began with HcG injections until the Test E esters were worked out. After that, I followed a PCT with Clomid for ~10 weeks until the beginning of April.

Now, more than 9 weeks after stopping PCT, I have had my blood values tested again. Here is what they showed:

Creatinine: 77 mmol/L
Albumin: 47 g/L
Hemoglobin: 10.0 mmol/L
Hematocrit: 0.47 L/L
MCV: 84 fL
MCH: 1.78 fmol
Platelets: 194
TSH: 1.88 mIU/L
Estradiol: 97 pmol/L
LH: 1.2 IU/L
FSH: 1.80 IU/L
Testosterone: 72.6 nmol/L
Free Testosterone: 13.7 nmol/L (Perhaps miscalculated. I calculated this using SHBG, Albumin, and Testosterone values.)
SHBG: 27.9 nmol/L

What stands out to me in my post-cycle values are the significantly above-average Testosterone levels. And the LH and FSH levels are slightly lower than pre-cycle.

But despite these lower values, my Testosterone is still so high? I don’t fully understand how this can be and why my natural Testosterone values are so high while I’m no longer on cycle and PCT has been stopped for over 9-10 weeks.

Tips, advice, and experiences are very welcome.

I would start by moving this to the Pharma/TRT section.
